6. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their
original packaging. Guitars must have all protective films intact and show no signs of wear. Custom-ordered instruments, special orders, and
items marked as final sale are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or
was sent in error. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receipt and inspection of the
returned item.
7. Warranty
All new guitars and instruments come with a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal
use conditions. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and
